I had 3 severe panic attacks about a week and half ago. Had trouble sleeping. Thought to myself eh it happens I'll be fine. I wake up the next day lightheaded, fatigued, dizzy, nauseous, and not wanting to leave bed. I go to my urgent care that night and i look pale and feel like im gonna puke. The chick says my blood pressure is lower then normal and she gives me a pill that dissolves under the tongue for nausea and i take almost a week off from work. Well jump a days and i still feel lighthead and slightly dizzy and I've been sleeping in a lot and i went 1 night with no sleep. Well after that i just start to feel more lightheaded and extreme fatigue and a feeling of being off balance cause i haven't slept well in days and i woke up with my bed soaked in sweat and myself. Well i went to my physician and she says i still had my heart arrythima that i did over a year ago and i explain that i feel like my head is bobbing back and forth and pounding while i relax and i feel extreme fatigue and unbalanced when i walk and when i pick up stuff to quick or stuff thats to heavy i get slightly dizzy for a moment. She tells me to see a cardologist again and that its probably heart issues. Im 23 and I've had slight balancing issues before with anxiety but now all this has persisted for a week and im extremely exhausted and in having feelings like if i fall asleep i might die. Any suggestions on what's going on or what i can do?
Hi dart I'm really sorry your suffering like you are, does your GP not sending you to see a cardiologist to get checked out or do you have to arrange it yourself, your not in UK obviously.
It could all be anxiety/panic related of course but you need to check it out to be sure, vertigo is horrendous and caused dizzyness but you have to rule out anything worse first. Go get appointment ASAP and then let me know, sending good vibes to you
