Had these bumps on foreskin(circumcised) for almost 6 months now

started to see these small bumps 6 months ago but weren’t bother me much. Then got really worried about them and went to gp. said it looked fine but would referred me to a urologist. urologist said it looked fine and then had a dermatologist look at it and said it was fine.

symptoms:
a bit dry,
have had some what burning urination,
also some discoloration in head after ejaculating/urination,

everything looks normal
for the burning you could have a UTI
wouldn’t hurt to have a pee sample checked

i had also gotten checked for uti nothing. the bumps were definitely irritated and slightly itchy. also had noticed some slight yellowing of semen. had tried to use anti fungal on it but just really irritated it and caused some burning.
