This lump has developed from a fordyce spot when I was around 16 years old. I hate it and occasionally it will become inflamed (like right now) I believe it is a sebaceous cyst. There is a very hard lump in the center and a cheese like discharge is produced when I squeeze it. Any one have any recommendation on treatment. I would like to have it removed.
that is a cyst. See a a plastic surgeon, general surgeon or dermatologist to get it removed.
