it started out as a firm bump under the skin and now has turned into a smooth slightly raised bump. i am able to pop it and pus comes out. any idea what it could be? It is not painful or itchy but has been there for a few weeks now
Probably an infected hair follicle. Maybe get some polysporin and see it if helps it heal up.
