I'm 89 years old female. Had Rafaelo procedure 4 days ago by expert Surgeon who said everything was satisfactory. Gave me laxatives, cocodamol and 10 syringes with lidocaine and disinfectant. I'm still getting severe pain and can't leave bed except for toilet or food. Has anyone else had such awful pain in anus, lower abdomen and lower back? I've had diarrhoea so reduced laxatives to one instead of two daily, which has helped.Can anyone reassure me about recovery as bad pain makes me panic, especially at night? Use special wipes to keep clean. Too weak at present to shower.
