I had three small haemorrhoids banded two weeks ago, and ever since have had the feeling of cystitis and my entire internal pelvic area has felt achy ever since.
Is this normal?
Hi I had three separate bandings done and also ended up with pelvic pressure ...when they checked me out I was diagnosed with levator ani syndrome which essentially means that my pelvic floor muscles have gone into spasm...it has been a long hard three months of daily exercise and yoga stretching and internal massage to get some relief... If it continues go see your doctor there are creams etc that can help
Hi, I just had my 3rd banding. My Dr doesnt believe in doing all at once. If I did have a feeling like youre describing I took some Avo for bladder irritation and it was a relief to the whole area. The first banding was way worse than I expected. The 2nd was bad but I was prepared for it. 3rd one was a breeze, no problem at all. My Dr did tell me that they don't remove all at once because of spasms, I think.
