Iv been back and forward to my doctor about the most painful thing iv ever experienced!! Piles! iv had them on and of since my 3rd child but this time its so sore it feels like iv a sharp knife up my bum constantly! my doctor cant do anymore as iv tried all creams, suppositories and advice and been told they wont operate and to bear with it until it goes away but im in so much pain i cry all day and cant get out of bed sometimes as its so bad! any advice????
go private… i had to myself i booked at the nuffield and it cost under £400 was done the same day i got 3 banded that were grade 3 8 days ago

go to colon rectal specialist and get Hemmerectomy performed…
Banding or Injections
A similar thing happened to me where I had 2 thrombosed hemorrhoids, one measuring at 2cm x 1cm and another was 1.5cm x 1cm. I was in so much pain and nearly lost my mind because I couldn’t do anything. I ended up finding this website and some of the suggestions were helpful to get the flare up to go down before the could perform surgery.
The biggest help was a combo of a 20 minute epsom salt bath which i did 3 times a day and scheriproct steroid cream plus a numbing cream the hospital gave me. Pain killers might not help because supposedly they don’t actually help with pain in the rectum.
