Hi, I used to have lovely thick hair, all of a sudden it's dry lifeless and thin help!

Hi Julie, i wouldn't say my hair used to be thick but It wasn't as thin and lifeless as it is today and i feel my hairline is receding a little, I can see my forehead through my fringe which i never used too. I do use Doves thickening shampoo but doesn't make that much difference. Sorry I'm not much help but wanted you to know your not alone with this. oh dear what next for us peri girlies. hugs x
Am in same boat - my hair, very thick and lots of it - started coming out in handfuls months ago, I had already noticed that my eyebrows didn't need plucking for a year or two; my forehead is also receding and hair is thinning so I can see the scalp at the hairline. Do you dye your hair? I do and was wondering if its that. Facial hair is worse but hair on legs also slow to regrow and much less of it - suspect its hormones
my hair always used to shine and look so healthy....now I'm seriously thinking about a wig its so dull and dry and with all the colour just looks lifeless
