Hal Doppler surgery I need advice from someone who had the same surgery

Hi again, this forum is amazing. im 46 male suffered from hems for last 2 years, for the last few months before the op it was a hell of a ride for me, the pain swelling and discomfort was huge, had to live like that everyday. for 5 months before the op i was lying down when i could, going to work in pain, returning home strait to bath to warm baths and then to lay down. you cant live like that, so i got to conclusion i must do something about it. i read the Hal Doppler is very effective surgery that can help me. my hems are grade 1 or 2 no bleeding just when i had hard stool, external (inside the canal). a very know professor did the op, this is what he does for his living for the past 20 years so he is a pro believe me. did 3 stitches on the left and 2 on the right. 2 days after the op had stool coming out and all my hems popped out and it was so painful, i read this can happen after this surgery. after that my stool was soft as i took softeners, drink 3 litter per day and eat only boiled meals. 10 days after the op the bleeding stopped and it was minor, during the 10 days only small dots of blood. today almost 5 weeks after the op still not there. during the last 2 weeks the swelling went down but still slight pain in the area and inside, burning feeling from time to time and yesterday felt the left and right hem again. stool in the morning made them come out, mainly uncomfortable and slight pain no blood. so..the hal doppler surgery takes time to heal? the hems should shrink during what? weeks? months? how much time should it take? i know everyone is different and healing process is individual for each one. i read somewhere that it can take 6 months or more till all hems to shrink down and disappear, realy? why didnt anyone told me about it? i though after few days i will be ok again. can anyone who went through this op can share with me the healing process?
