Sounds like you have a lot of anxiety which can cause negative thoughts and fear.
I can completely relate to you. I have been a worrier my whole life with intense thoughts and anxiety.
What helped me was first getting counseling because this is hard to deal with alone.
I also listen to Mindfulness meditations for anxiety on you tube. They totally calm down my mind and body and symptoms. Many to choose from.
You may also be depressed and not know it.
Your pains are most likely due to anxiety.
Anxiety can cause hundreds of symptoms.
I have had so many tests and all were normal.
I had pain, dizziness, floaters in eyes, tingling in arms, legs, ringing in ears, weakness, foggy head, and more!
ALL DUE TO YEARS OF STRESS AND ANXIETY.
You will be just fine.
I recommend you visit your doctor so you can have peace of mind.

Counseling
Eat healthy
Exercise, even if just going for a walk
The worst thing you can do is sit around and think about negative things because that will make your symptoms worse.
