anyone else get hand pain from say using their phone on an evening? wondered if it was another daft symptom/flare
i mainly get pins and needles and tingling particularly if lying in bed with arms up. mine mainly effects left side can get random sharp stabby pain too. i notice the more i do i get sore hands. what is the pain like, if nerve pain probably the virus.
yeh it only happens if ive been sat on my phone for ages really. just like an aching pain. i remember a couple of years or so back now maybe when it all started there was a few times i couldnt move my thumb to type and it made me feel sick! no had that since though. i also get same as you with the pins and needles, ace!
its probably because your working full time on top of having the virus. my joints hurt and in not even doing much at the moment. it does really effect the joints ive noticed
