Dear All

Wishing you a very Happy Easter. I'm off to France for a few days so looking forward to some walking and of course a few glasses of wine! Going by ferry and using the lift not the stairs this time as we are on deck 9!

I hope you have a lovely time in France just try not to over do it. I am going to France in June to see my daughter who lives there but flying over looking forward to that .

Little AP on smart phone counts for me....don't know how accurately but i try for 5500 steps a day...hospital said keep walking lots!
