Hard, dark lump on my shoulder

I've had this lump on my shoulder for a few years now. It's quite hard, and it's not painful. I have another couple of spots on my back which I believe are the same, but they're flatter.

Does anyone know what this is and what I can do about it?

The couple on my back, which are flatter, occasionally itch. The one on my shoulder, which is lumpier, does not itch.

I have the same issue since 2016. After a bug bite on my shoulder. The bump looks dark and feels hard just like yours. I have not been able to get rid of it or decrease it's size.
