hard lump behind ear

Hey guys,

I've had a small, hard, immovable lump behind my ear for 8-10 years now. I've never thought anything of it as it doesn't cause any symptoms at all. But recently I've been obsessing over it! I know it's very unlikely to have some sort of cancer for 8-10 years without any symptoms but I have no idea what that thing could be and am so afraid that it might be some slow-growing lymphoma or something as it is immovable...

Does anyone have a similar lump?

I have have had a lump behind my right ear for a very long time. It does not hurt and does not worry me so I ignore it.

Hello, a hard pea sized lump behind the Ear is very likely a small Cyst. If it is really bothering you then it can be removed with a simple procedure, I understand how frustraiting they can be, but they are completely harmless if not a little annoying. I hope this helps smile Al
