Hard lump on foreskin

Hi, i seem to have a hard lump on my penis after masturbating for a while. its under my foreskin and it doesn't hurt too much, only if aggravated. Ive had something like this before but it went away after a few days, this has been a week. Not sure if i should rub polysporin on it, or put ice on it, or take ibuprofen for inflammatory reasons. Best way of dealing with it is just to let it fade away naturally - do not irritate it any further, ease back on, or abstain from masturbating will help
