Hard lump that seems to have appeared out of nowhere in the last month. It feels almost bone-like and i can feel it both when i'm flaccid and erect, but it is only visible when erect.
Since last week it seems to have doubled in size which is worrying me a lot.
When i touch it i feel a somewhat sharp pain that lasts for less than a second. When i try to move it, it stays in place, while my skin and veins move.
Could this be cancer? It is making me anxious.

It’s likely to be a lymphocele, which is a blocked lymphatic vessel. It’s commonly associated with frequent and/or prolonged erections (i.e. typically from a lot of sex and masturbation). It’s quite benign and will settle down if you can avoid sex or masturbation for a week or so. Unfortunately it has a tendency to recur.

I’ve got the same problem man. Someone from here said that it was a cyst so I tend to panic, but still hoping that it’s not tho.
