hard lump popped up about 6 months ago. i was with an ex girlfriend before hand and we had a lot of sex. but whenever the lump popped up i had been single for quite some time. i hadn't had sex in maybe 2-3 months. im worried it could be a late blooming std. but research shows it could be a cyst, ingrown hair or something like that. every now and then i try and squeeze it to pop it and little to no white pus comes out. it's about a half inch big. and is very very hard.

I had something that sounds similar. Mine was a sebaceous cyst on the underside of my penis. Small about 1cm, not overly obviously to other people but it was to me.
I had it surgically removed.
