For a couple weeks now Ive had this hard unpoppable pimple like thing on the shaft of my penis. I remember there being something tiny and hard in that spot for years but only recently getting big. Is this a cyst or something worse? image
Is it tender to touch? Does it hurt when clothing touch against it? I had a pimple that looked exactly like yours and was painful to touch but it resolved on its own in 3 days exactly like a pimple. So it is not a pimple. But Hard and tiny for years? I have that still have that but it is not as big as yours and it only gets more prominent as penis gets erect and is of skin colour not painful.
i had one and looks prominent when my penis is erected. it’s whitish and hard. i had a urologist checked this today and said that it is a sebaceous cyst. i will undergo surgery next week.
