i am overweight , and never had penetrative sex. Im worried they could be genital warts even though ive never done sexual things with anyone whose had them. Could these also be sebaceous cysts?
Its a sabscasceous cyst ive been there but it just gone on its own just put vinegar on it if it feel sore then it could be a wart

I think these are genital warts, not sebaceous cysts. There are far too many lesions to be cysts. By non-penetrative sex, I guess you mean mostly genital rubbing with your partner’s penis? Unfortunately, because HPV is a virus skin infection, any skin-to-skin intimacy is enough to allow transmission.
I suggest you see your doctor to confirm the diagnosis- if it’s warts, they are quite easy to treat with creams, etc that you can self-medicate.
