Hi, I am male and received oral without protection, ever since i have had issues with permanent issues. My glans are red, erections are not the same, I need to pee more, meatus seems to dip at the end and puffy, loose stools and pain around my anus. I have had sti tests and all negative. I have had rashs on scrotum but no sores to get tested, so unable to get tested for herpes. Doctors wont test bloods ive asked. Im at a loss and really struggling so really would appreciate any assistance or input as trying to deduce if it could be herpes.
