Has anybody been a (semi) truck driver and got a hemorrhoidectomy? Did they come back post-surgery?

So I drive a semi truck/18 wheeler nationally across the US. I have at least one huge internal hemorrhoid that comes out when I have a bowel movement and then normally goes back inside of me on it's own, though sometimes I have to kind of push it/squeeze it back in (gross, I know). I have 0 external hemorrhoids but God knows how many more internal ones that I have. My diet and bowel movements were complete and utter s**t before I got a handle on my diet. I had 3 rubber band litigations done and while they helped shrink the hemorrhoid in size after each banding, the hemorrhoid came back just like it was before every single time. The hemorrhoid rarely bleeds anymore now that I have taken Metamucil daily for the past 9 months or so and drink about 65 ounces of water everyday. Most days I don't strain or strain very little because of this and I normally just have one regular and easy bowel movement each and every day. So, at least diet wise I think if I got a hemorrhoidectomy I would be ok as far as diet and not straining goes. What concerns me is my profession of SITTING ALL DAY EVERYDAY. Even when I finish driving for the day I'm mostly sitting or laying down on my bed inside of the sleeper cab that I have. I sit/lay down more than what a person with an office job does, my whole life is basically 95% sitting down (I do what I can but no I'm not "going for a walk" around the truck stop in winter time in the north when it's freezing outside). I don't know if the lifestyle change of sitting for the past 2 years as a truck driver has caused the hemorrhoids, though I'm certain it probably hasn't helped. So - Has anybody ever driven a semi truck/18 wheeler for a profession, gotten this surgery, and had the hemorrhoid's come back? Or after you got the surgery did they stay gone? For other people who have sedentary lifestyles for one reason or another (illness, work, lifestyle, etc.) did the hemorrhoids come back after you got the surgery from sitting so much or did they stay gone?
