with HSV2? today was the first day i got paranoid .. i was laying down… been so stressed and i felt a hot rush in my body.. and i panicked .. then i started looking up on google about complications and now im even more scared .. has anybody had any bad complications .. im on my first outbreak and its so bad .. i dont have insirance for meds
Maybe it is anxiety??? Try to relax as best you can.
this happens to me. ive always suffered from anxiety since hsving children. but after i got hsv2 i will have random hot flashes, sometimes my arms and hands go numb, and many other things have happened its been a little over a year and i still panic about ever little thing.

wow well hope you feel better .. anxiety is nothing new to me BUT HSV2 is unfortunetely its made things worse
