Any tips for the above would greatly be appreciated as im getting p****d off now with that feeling. ive basically got rid of all other anxiety but this remains.
I've had this for about a month before. The only way I got over it was wait til it passed. I continued work and kept busy and one day it was just gone. Now I am dealing with depersonalization, feelings of not being in control of my body. Feeling like my body is numb and like I am disconnected from it. This symptom is one I can't ignore no matter how hard I try to keep busy because my perception of everything is skewed.
Depersonalisation is bloody awful I've had that before too. I feel for you mate I had that whilst cycling. I thought I was on a cloud not actually knowing who I was or when it would end. It does go though. I'm hoping like you say the unbalanced feeling will just disappear. Thanks for your post

I don’t think there’s a miracle cure for the dizziness you know it can come and go when it wants.
All I can suggest like I do is sit for a while deep breathing may sound stupid but out longer than in. It does help Try to think it will pass.
well done for getting hold of it thus far you’re doing well this might be the last little bit you have to conquer. Not making light of it by saying that.
