Went for 2nd endoscopy and dr at st cross in rugby told me that i didnt have acid reflux...and yet the gp disagrees-is anyone of the opinion that because someone smokes that specialists will fob us of with a load of rubbish-so they dont have to operate on a person who is not coping with acid reflux....to make matters worse the gp said to me as ive coped with reflux for so long theres no chance of an op for hiatus hernia!!-what do you all think to that??
I didn't have acid reflux, I had a gastroscopy and i was told gastritis, but I am a non smoker
Okay so you dont have discomfort in throat then?
My gp disagrees with the specialist as im feeling discomfort above my solar plexus area
I did have, but I think it was all due to anxiety, as I no longer have it
Mine is definitely not anxiety as I've been very calm for many years and still no luck ...time to see dr again
