Has anyone else experienced these symptoms together

Hello there, I'll try to keep this brief but we will see. I've been I recovery for about 3 years. Put horrible things into my body and did not take care of myself for a long time, but never had any major heath or psych issues until now. Since i got sober i will have random panic attacks. Typically just fast heart rate, dizziness and numbness. For the second time in a year I am dealing with a differing kind of monster. I started having symptoms of severe pressure in my head, eye pressure, sinus pain, neck pain, irregular and rapid heart rate, weakness and pain in the left side of my body, and jaw pain. They are constant until I fall asleep if I can. As soon as I wake up they return and get worse throughout the day. Heart is fine, had numerous blood tests and nothing. Was told probably HAD. But I have no idea. The first round of this lasted about 5 weeks straight with the onset of symptoms initiating 2 weeks prior. Then they just faded, and 8 months later I am dealing with the exact same thing. I have since practiced relaxation techniques and have tried to understand my anxiety triggers better and also try not to blow this out of proportion. Doctors don't want to hear Anything from me thinking I am med seeking, but all I want is an answer.

Has anyone dealt with this, does anyone have any suggestions or paths to go down? I am willing to take whatever steps necessary I want to keep moving forward and not try to dwell on questions.

I greatly appreciate anyone who takes the time to read this!

Have you had a full check up?

And if you've had I would suggest seeing a therapist as they can help you sort out those symptoms some of those symptoms I have had with my anxiety but definitely go see a psychologist they can help you put it all in order

Hi I get exactly the same feelings as you I get a funny sensation in my eyes I get very stiff neck. And I get like a numb feeling in my face I also sweat a lot and most days walking around with a very fuzzy headache but it's not intense pain.
