# Has anyone else found that stress makes their memory completely fail?

I have been noticing lately that I am forgetting basic names and losing my keys constantly. It feels like my brain is just full up, and I can’t tell if it is just because I am overwhelmed at work or if something else is going on. I recently went to the shop for three things and came back with none of them, which felt quite scary at the time. What did your GP say when you first mentioned your memory problems to them? I would love to hear what worked for you to get your focus back, or if you found it was actually caused by something like your sleep or your diet.

This happends to me especially when im stressed out , i also forget my words and slur them when stressed
