I am experiencing pain everywhere at the moment, my neck, shoulders, elbows, lower back and knees are very painful. I don't sleep very well, even though I am exhausted, but when I do, I wake with dead hands, that won't work for some time! I have fidgety legs that drive me mad! I realise many of you will understand what I feel, and I am so pleased to know that I am not the only one, however, I have also completely lost my voice. This is not the first time this has happened, it has happened three times before, last time for 7 months! Has this happened to anyone else? Is this part of th Fibro or completely separate? I don't have a sore throat, although it is dry and I am drinking a lot.
Never lost my voice PilliPaka, husband must wish I did sometimes..I'm sure.
.but can really relate to the other symptoms..grr...awful..the symptoms are just sooo varied for each person aren't they..? whenever I get a new one..I start to stress, then find it's just part and parcel of this rotten Fibro..talk about trying not to stress..grr. have a nice day today/tomorrow..it's 10 to 10am here-Australia...gotta admitt the warmer weather is sooo much better..so are hit water bottles...lots if the..be blessed,:-) xxx
Hi Christine26761 losing my voice has lost it's appeal to the family because they have to work hard to make out what I say! I can't believe that all these aches and pains I have had forever it seems like, join together to make this thing! I think in some ways when I didn't know I coped better, but it had all got so bad lately, at least I know now I am not mad! It's night here in West Wales and very stormy tonight, and yes I have my hot water bottles. Thanks for your reply, hope you have good day today - gentle ((cwtshes/hugs))
I find my mouth dry constantly but never lost my voice but have had all the rest of the stuff. The leg thing not yet but I have edema that is horrible the Rheumotologist says it's not the Fibro and the regular doctor says it is the Fibro. Put me on dyaide but doesn't so the trick. Frustrating I know!!
Not lost my voice, but have lost feeling, I'll go to put my weight on one leg and there will be nothing there, so I'll find myself sitting on the floor. I can go years without it happening then bang, which is what happened to me in February, went to put my foot down off the bottom step, and bang resulting in broken ankle and foot.
Wow!! Wales..I love Welsh accents...sooo strong and beautiful...I've just git home from doing some walking in the the local Resort's indoor swimmng pool.( my only excercise)-.love it..but I come home sooo exhausted....having a rest and it's only lunchtime..I seem to ache everywhere, in places I didn't even know existed..lol .....will be ok after a rest..sooo grateful that I can just rest...
