I have crohns and RA and have been on biologic drugs Humira and Cimzia and had side effects and drug was stopped. Also not able to tolerate methotrexate or sulfasalazine Doctor wants me to start stelara but the side effects are pretty scary to read. Anyone been on this? Awful to deal with these illnesses--so discouraged
Sorry Gloria I had never heard of it until I Googled. Do you have a Nurse Specialist in Biologic drugs that you can talk to?

thank you for your response. I live in the US so don't have a Nurse specialist but am followed by a GI MD and a rheum. MD. A nurse would give the medication to me but I have to decide if it is the drug I want to take. Both docs believe I should try it. Such awful decisions we have to make.
