It feels like I have a small bone fragment ever so slightly from the incision site (6 weeks post op), has anyone ever had one and if so what did they do about it?
side not: did we loose the search feature for this thread? Or am I blindish?

I feel like that too i had the left hip done in the front and it feels weird like its a bone moving around i still dont know what it is
are you due for a review in the near future, perhaps ask about an X-ray
Hi Kebra,
Does it feel like a lump or an actual bone. I felt like I was sitting on a rolled up towel and still do sometimes at seven months. I will be honest I have not been massaging the scar area enough and believe it is probably scar tissue. At six weeks it is still recovering, if the scar is healed massage the area with oil to break down the scar tissue.
Sounds a bit like what we called ‘sitting on a golf ball’ - feeling just as it sounds, like there is something ‘there’.

UPDATE after seeing surgeon and having X Rays. Apparently what I am feeling is an internal suture that has not completely dissolved yet (it is at the exact spot where my leg/pelvis bends and likely more sensitive).
