Hi I suffer with cfs and under active thyroid - for about 12 years. I recently started a nutrition program called metabolic balance which is meant to help with complex conditions particularly hormones. I'm 3 weeks in and have not eaten as healthily ever than I am now and feel so much worse than I did before. I'm starting to lose hope. Has anyone else tried this program?
