my vit d is very low.....my gp has put me on 25000 units a week for 6 weeks- I recently had a really bad reaction to beta blockers and couldn't breathe.. I'm just nervous to take anymore tablets-

I have been taking vitamin D for quite a while with no side effects. In fact it is about the only tablet I have taken that did not affect me!

It took a while to get my level up. About three months before anything really happened.
