I had a Talo-Navicular fusion last June which was entirely successful, however I have been having quite a bit of pain recently which the consultant says is one of the long screws pressing into my Cuboid bone and he is going to remove the ironmongery. I have asked for it to be done with me awake.
Has anyone had this or similar done under a block please?
