I have really bad health anxiety/panic attacks started group therapy they recommended me to take 10MG capsules of Fluoxetine/Prozac and Hydroxyzine for my skin itchiness/dryness and anxiety attacks. has anyone tried prozac or hydroxyzone ??
No but over 15 years, I’ve been on Paxil, Celexa, Cymbalta, and now Effexor which seems to be working pretty well. Main side effect I’ve had from all of them is weight gain so I have to watch my carbs a lot! Other than that, it’s about finding the right dose. Too high of a dose and I felt like a zombie. I hate that. I don’t want to be on a lot of medication. The SNRI’s seems to work much better for me personally than the SSRI’s.
