I thought I was getting a flare up but it went away after two days ? Could this happen , an outbreak only lasting 2 days

I have no clue I still have got back test results ? I was itching and that’s is and little bumps but went away after two days. Could that be possible
An outbreak can go away quickly or you can have it for weeks. Every one is different
I’ve always been told it takes about a week to completely heal and go away !
