Hello Rachel. I have the same problem too. I'm experiencing the same things and I'm in peri menopause too. Pain in my neck, arms, wrists. Bloating, bone pain, breast pain going in my back and shoulders too. Dry mouth, lump in my throat, difficulty swallowing sometimes. Chest congestion. Feel tired and depressed. I get all these so I know how u feel. You are not alone. I have been to see my doctors countless of times as I sometimes feel that I may have something more serious with my health but my doctor says it's my hormones as I'm going in menopause. Some days I'm fine tho, no pain at all and I feel happy.
And not to forget I have panick attacks too and sometimes feels like my heart is stopping and I'm dying.. It's happen a few times in my sleep.
Hi Rachel, did you have blood work done to confirm perimenopause? I am 38 and have night sweats I'm hoping it permenpausal and nothing else.
