I have nerve danage to the fiblar in my left leg,the pain is from my knee down,someimes settling in my knee or ankle
I had to initially pay privately to see a neurologist for a diagnosis but I was pretty sure I had peripheral neurology as I had known others w ho had it. since then I have been referred (some 3 years later) to see a neurologist on the NHS and she confirmed that mine had progressed It started in my ankles and then up to my knees, now I have had an occasional pain in one hip and also in my hands and wrists. Main problems are balance and mobility also find it hard to sew due finger numbness.
Hi kersey, I developed neuropathy after I was in alcoholic coma for 2 weeks.
So my symptoms havent changed much.
Just lower legs and feet.
I've recently started with sciatic pain. I didn't think it was related, after reading your message, yikes. What next?
What meds are u taking?
Gabapentin 800mg. DULoxetine HCL 60mg. Norco
