Greetings all, just wanted some input regarding the use of medical marijuana while being sick with mono. I have had mono for about 15 months, at this point I have stopped counting and just went with the flow. I still have quite the fatigue, occasional low fevers when I do not sleep enough or too stressed, eye floaters, eye fatigue, pain in legs, and brain fog.
I also deal with PTSD, chronic migraines and neck pain, along with severe pain in hands and wrists, I believe its from carpal tunnel, but mono makes it worse. I am at the point where I need something for stress and constant pain. I believe that my constant stress/anxiety/depression are what has made the mono thrive in my system. So I believe it would be more beneficial for me personally.
I am currently only interested in wax pens since they are more easy on lungs, but with higher CBD ratio for my pain/headaches, and low THC for my stress and random burts of ptsd episodes. I will be seeing my regarding all of this so please save your smart comments.
I am adjusting my diet right now and making more strict habits, but will list my nutrition so you understand how serious I am about my health,
For breakfast I have 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil with yogurt, but recently changed back to peanut butter and toast instead of yogurt. Since I discovered my yogurt had 36g of sugar and 36g of carbs per cup.
I am now having a mid day smoothie of Wild Blueberries, read they flush out EBV.
Few hours later I try to stick to my grilled chicken, but have not been doing that lately lol. I also have a pack of Emergen-C, sit out in the sun for 20mins, take 1500mcg of b12, and finish my night with Herbal Tumeric ginger tea.
I will be getting much more strict on my diet and adding asparagaus, celery, and cilantro to my diet. Also have been trying to take mid day naps which of helped substantially.
Please comment your opinions on my thought, just know that I will not being doing any smoking if my doctors do not think its best. Please comment your opinions on my thought of my next remedy
