So I've just turned 30,I smoke quite alot of weed the past 2years I've felt so breathless get all pains in my body like something's inside there I can't breathe out my nose and feel I'll everyday are these symptoms of copd ?
We're not doctors so we don't know what's wrong with you. If you can inhale air through your nose but can't exhale through your nose that sounds like body mechanics or anxiety.
Go to the doctor.
Given up smoking is a must but like aitarg says go see your doctor as not being able to breath is not a sign of copd

Check in with your own GP michael who will be able to advise you better in accordance with your recent symptoms and medical history. You doctor can carry out several checks which will give a clearing picture on your current state of health.
Its interesting you know of COPD where did you learn of it? Are the cigarette packets saying now smoking make cause lung cancer, COPD and other health issues such as heart, stroke etc.

Yes smoking weed can seriously damage your lungs, along with cigarette smoking and any kind of smoke inhaled, all full of toxins.

It's very unusual to have copd at your young age but who knows with what you are smoking? Unless you want to permanently damage your body and lungs you need to stop smoking weed. Go and see your doctor.
