After a bowel movement I get a pain in my stomach sometimes it lasts for a hour and sometimes during a bowels movement sometimes times I feel like I am going to get sick.and I get tired early in the day most I need to go to bed for a hour or more.
you don't say how old you are ,but have you taken an anti spasm tablet called buscopen before,this will help and reduce cramp after going to toilet.You can feel tired when suffering from ibs

You could try a peppermint oil tablet called COLPERMIN.
You can buy over the counter from a chemist and if they help you can get them on prescription.
