Hello, I’ve recently been diagnosed with genital and oral hsv1, and just about finished my first outbreak (it was horrible). I’ve also gotten two rashes and what I thought were bug bites on my arm and back.
One of them did end up being a bug bite and the other I’m unsure of but it went away. A few days later I had itching on my outer thigh and thought that it was another bug bite. However, a few days later little bumps started to appear and it now looks like the images I’ve posted.
Does this look like herpes simplex? I thought it only showed up in the genitals or around the mouth. It doesn’t look like the sores I’ve had in the initial outbreak, and is it possible to have another outbreak in a different area so close to my initial outbreak?
I’m currently out of the country so I can’t get it swabbed at the doctors.
