Have these spots appear and go in a week’s time, what could it be?

these spots come and go usually for a duration of a week and after i masturbate . they don't hurt or itch, looked online to see what it could be but can't figure it out . if anyone seems to know please shed some light what it might be?

they look like fordyce

i also forget to mention, its just skin that comes off when some friction is applied. there arent any fluids when they do rip/pop
