The images you have posted are not particularly clear - however, bumps like this are very common - I treat bumps like this with undiluted Liquid Antiseptic, dab a small amount directly onto the bump 3 or 4 times a day, when it begins to fade, dad 1 or 2 times a day until it is completely gone. If you are in the UK get yourself some TCP, smells awful but really does the job …
