Haven't had sex in four months but these clusters of spots suddenly appeared (not sore or itchy)

As the title says, I haven’t been especially promiscuous this year for obvious reasons.

This suddenly appeared last Thursday. They’re not painful or itchy. I’ve been using anti fungal creams and seen no change. Any ideas what this could be?

Trying to get a doctor’s appt asap.

I would hazard a guess as folliculitis
