Does anyone know of company offering package breaks to places with hot springs e.g. Hungary or similar?. i ache all over at the moment and heat is the only way I can get some relief but our bath is not deep enough to submerge and I have difficulty getting out even with an inflatable cushion as my hands and wrists are so weak.
Have tried Methotraxate, Lefluveane - if that's how it's spelt - and am now 6 weeks into Cimzia injections so waiting for an improvement. Any info welcome.

sorry to hear your experiencing pain and discomfort have you tried a hot tub I bought one years ago brilliant just outside on my patio a expense I know but well worth it or a local spa. Better still if your on facebook find a friend with one you could use offer a contribution for electric and your away. Just a thought x
I find heat helps a great deal too so I am about to join total fitness again to use their saunas and hydrotherapy. Its so worth a fiver a week to be able to go in the any day and every chance I can get there! Last time I joined I felt great and it lastd well after my membership ran outso its gotta be worth a try!
i think we have one or two spas in the uk i am sure iv seen a tv programe on them .i migth be mistaken knowing me with my brain fog .but il check that out ,i could do with a break and its not only the heat that helps theres natrual sulpher in the water dosent smell very nice but its supposed to be excellant for relief of pain .
