Having a really bad day

I've had an awful day, I hurt my wrist last night went to A & E today and it's broke. Came out of hospital and ate crisps stupid of me!!!!!

But I'm supposed to be getting weighed at docs on Monday and now I can't even track my weight at home.

Just wanted to share my bad day. Going to try and have something really healthy for dinner and to get back on track. My plaster will only be on for 6 weeks but losing this weight will take longer so need to keep focused.

So great to have a fellow Northern Ireland person posting....sorry about your break.....that will be a nuisance for a while. As for the crisps...well....have to say I've been tempted but have not succumbed yet.....forget about it and carry on regardless.

So what if you had crisps.

If you have a packet of crisps every time you break a bone it is not going to make a lot of difference to your weight.

In fact I think we should add to the rules about fat and calorie content - new rule

If you break a bone you can have a fatty snack.

See it is a rule now and you stuck to it, well done.

Your weight will now be plus a couple of pounds because of the cast but you can carry one with the eight loss. Sending positive thoughts for mending of bones.

Thanks guys, feeling very sore today thanks to the pulled muscles in my ribs as well. Due to this silly injury I'm not going to be able to exercise so much so I was thinking it would be wiser to lower my calorie in a day, would this be correct?
