hey i had my first herpes outbreak about 2 months ago. About a week and a half ago i noticed a tear on the side of my vagina then i got one on the other side then i got ulcers inside my vagina. it was a tad sore in the beginning but now im taking Aciclovir 3x a day for 5 days. ive got 1 day left now and tear is still there and ulcers still there its not as painful and looks better but how long till they should all go? its the ulcers inside im more worried about i feel as it they arent improving. i go straight on submissive therapy after my last day on these other tablets. ill attach a photo
