I started feeling a little pain while walking then i noticed that i am having those pimples like shown in the picture. I am very worried I won't be able to see a doctor until Tuesday because of the holidays and I do not now what should I do. This is my first time having that happens to me. not sure what is the reason. Also, I only have one sex partner my bf. Could anyone help me please? any advice?

Try go to your gp or gynae because they seem really inflamed. Usually VP are like finger-like growths whereas yours are round and bubble-like. The inflamation could be why it hurts when you walk.
i will go tomorrow they were itchy at first now they are less itchy
It looks like VP (which is normal) but it does look inflammed. The other possibility would be genital warts just from seeing the clusters but they dont exhibit wart-like characteristics.
