Having problems with fatigue , any suggestions ?

Hi, I've had Fybro for 5yrs now & having problems with Fatique, just car'nt get it of, feel as though my body has given up & brain still wants to perform. If I go to bed i don't sleep. I might be lucky & get 1 day a month were I get out of bed & feel good. But it's very rare. It's driving mad, as I used to work full time & look after family & house. Don't even have the energy to get out of bed & get in the shower. Does anybody have any suggestions ?  Thanks !!!

i am struggling with fatigue at the moment from over doing it

i went out for a brisk walk for 5 days on the trot only about 15 mins

and the last 3 days iv been in agoney so sore in my legs and so fatigued

i keep trying to proove to myself that i am ill and not just lazy

and every time this happens so i must be ill surely .

i am doing a brain retraining programme to hopefuly recover

but i know i am pushing myself to hard i should have just gone for a gentle walk

and built it up . i jsut want to get better and i am rushing at it the programme takes at least 6 months.

i use colidaul gold ,b12, vitd +k2 ,q10 ,b12  magneisum oil topicaly , homeopathic remedies .   i will start taking oxygen drops in water again soon they give you energy  ,  i had stop them last time because after 3 months they started to upset my stomach but i was taking 15 drops now they recommend 1 drop for 3 months and work up to 15 drops as your body becomes tolerant of them , but trust me they do really work .

As tiswas says easy does it although I'm hopeless at it

fm classic is lack of sleep have u tried kalms etc

if u were a busy active person then I think the reduction of brain is most frustrating that then transfer into muscle pain

accept it and it lessens

do small bits

Jan, I know what that's like..I take Amitriptilyne (as do many sufferers) I take one tab a day before bed at 8.30 I get a really great painless nights sleep, then I am able  to handle any pain the next day..it's vital for coping with pain ...a good sleep.

The drug numbs the pain at each nerve end and stops it from travelling to other nerves throu out your body..it's really great, but it did take a little while to get the dosage right though, worth the wait....at one stage I thought I was going mad...sleep is sooo important for us..hope you get some decent sleep soo.  Also remember that one med that works well fir some may not work for others..be blessed:-). Hi,jan.sorry to hear of your problem. I am from Japan. My doctor told that CoQ10 is helpful for fatigue.

This is a study report about CoQ10 and fibro.
