I am having tiny red spots in penile head which has started itching now. Please suggest. I have no syphillis or hiv. I was treated for fungal infection for 3 months but not cured. These red dots reappeared after a brief hiatus. Swap test says i have bacterial infection and antibiotics prescribed. Please let me know if this is a sign of herpes
It seems unlikely that it's herpes. If you've been tested for syphilis and HIV, then didn't you get tested for herpes at the same time though?
I thanks its some kind of bacterial infection. Antibiotics should get red it.
