Having some knee problems, need help!

I have this aching sensation in my knees for a long time, it worsens when I squat or climb the stairs... Recently, I have been going for a jog... Somehow my left side of my hip has a sharp pain when I walk... What should I do?

Hi Jayden, definitely wouldn't hurt 2 take a trip 2 ur GP & explain ur symptoms, always a good idea 2 get things checked out when u 1st start encountering pain rather than leaving it til ur in a whole heap of pain & can't walk, don't leave it 2 long, good luck

Your Dr might want to do an MRI of your spine as there is a nerve that runs put of the L-4, L-5 that affects the hip, upper leg, down the outside of the lower leg and foot. Epidurals are sometimes used. As a matter of fact I speak from strength on this one as I am starting a series next Tuesday

The injectable takes down the swelling and allows the nerve to heal to some extent. They do tj on a series w/ one to three weeks in between.one I'd a result of a narrowing of the spine and arthritis. Too many years of extensive at I to travel and careless lifting practices. I was a traveling salesman with a large geographical area on the middle of the U.S. You should probably go for the MRI if allowable with your health care system.

previously I went to see a specialist, he said there's nothing wrong judging from the x-ray... Now the left side of my hips is already experiencing some pain... Shuld I post the pics of my previous x-rays?

Mabe time for another visit to the dr. X-rays will help with a diagnosis then a treatment ..
